慢性湿疹患者心理状况和生活质量的调查分析

目的探讨慢性湿疹患者心理状况与生活质量。方法对120例慢性湿疹患者使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)进行评估,与全国常模进行对比分析。结果慢性湿疹患者的躯体化、偏执、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧因子分值均显著高于全国常模(P均<0.05),强迫症状、精神病性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。慢性湿疹对患者心理、穿衣、社交娱乐、工作学习、治疗影响较大;发病部位位于暴露部位与非暴露部位的DLQI分值比较,男女性湿疹患者DLQI分值比较的差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);未婚与已婚患者DLQI分值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性湿疹对患者心理状况和生活质量的影响较大,生物心理社会模式应该得到皮肤科医生的广泛关注。

Psychological Status and Quality of Life Survey in Patients with Chronic Eczema

Objective To investigate the psychological status and quality of life on patients with chronic eczema. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of chronic eczema participated in assay of symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and dermatology life quality index(DLQI) and the data was compared with notional norm. Results SCL-90 scores on somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression paranoia,anxiety,hostility,fear factor in patients with chronic eczema were higher than those in notional norm(P all<0.05). But obsessive compulsive symptoms,mental illness were no significant difference(P>0.05). There were marked effect on patient’s psychology of daily life,clothing,social entertainment,work and study,and treatment. There was significant difference between exposed body and the unexposed body. The quality of life scores of men and women(P all<0.05)were same. There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between unmarried and married patients on the quality of life. Conclusion Chronic eczema has marked effect on patient’s psychological status and quality of life. It is recommended that the dermatologist should pay more attention to the biopsychosocial model in the clinical practice.
