| 摘 要： | 患者男,58岁。面部、躯干、四肢出现红色斑疹、丘疹及丘疱疹2个月,无痒感。皮损组织病理见局灶性基底细胞层上裂隙,少量棘层松解细胞,直接和间接免疫荧光检查阴性。诊断为暂时性棘层松解性皮病。结合本例特点进行相关文献复习。

| Abstract: | A 58-year-old man had developed red plaque,papule and papulevesicle on face,trunk and extremities for 2 months,without itching.Histopathological examination showed focal fissure and some acantholytic cells in basal membrane,and direct and indirect immunofluorescence tests were negative.The diagnosis of this patient was transient acantholytic dermatosis.The literature relates the case was reviewed. |
