| 摘 要： | 患者男,44岁。面部散在丘疹1年余。查体见面部散在绿豆至黄豆大小丘疹,边界清楚,表面光滑,质硬,以眼周为重。皮损组织病理示无干酪样坏死的上皮样细胞肉芽肿。诊断:丘疹型皮肤结节病。

| Abstract: | A 44-year-old man presented with scattered papules for more than 1 year. Examination showed green bean to soybean-sized papules scattered on his face, with distinct border,slick appearance and hard textured, around eyes.The histopathology showed non-caseous necrosis in epithelioid cell granuloma. Diagnosis:papular type of sarcoidosis. |
