皮肤恶性肿瘤术前多点活检与病理分析评估切除范围

目的探讨皮肤3种常见恶性肿瘤根治术术前评估切除范围确定方法的依据。方法术前采用皮肤外科医师有治疗目的的多点取材作病理组织活检并结合显微镜阅片观察、测量肿瘤组织浸润距远端距离与深度来指导评估手术切除范围,同时在术后对切除的肿瘤组织进行病理学检查。结果 19例常见的3种皮肤恶性肿瘤术中一次性切除肿瘤的边缘组织部分均未有肿瘤细胞,其术前评估手术切除范围与术中一次性切除肿瘤组织病理学检查结果相符合。结论术前多点取材作病理组织活检用于评估皮肤恶性肿瘤手术切除范围具有较好的临床实用性。

Preoperative Multipoint Pathologic Biopsy and Pathology Analysis for Evaluating Resection Range of Skin Malignant Tumors

Objective To investigate the preoperative resection range bases of radical surgery for three common skin malignant cancers.Methods Multipoint tissues were selected by the skin surgeons in therapeutic purpose,analyzed by the pathological biopsy.The distance and depth between the infiltrated tumor and normal tissues measured by microscope observation were used for evaluating the resection range.Furthermore,the pathologic examinations of the resection tumor tissues were conducted again after operation.Results The borders of the tumor tissues,removed from 19 cases of three-common skin malignant tumors had no tumor cells.Besides,the pathologic results of the removed tumor tissues were corresponded to that of the evaluated surgical resection before operation.Conclusion The preoperative multipoint pathologic biopsy for evaluating the resection range for skin malignant tumors is practical in the clinic.
