斑块下注射微量5-FU曲安奈德混合液治疗成人慢性局限性湿疹临床观察

目的观察斑块下注射微量5-FU曲安奈德混合液治疗局限性慢性湿疹的疗效、安全性及复发情况。方法治疗组39例给予斑块下注射5-FU曲安奈德混合注射液,对照组41例给予斑块下注射等量曲安奈德注射液,两组均每2周治疗1次,共治疗3次,并在治疗前、后查血常规、肝肾功,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为92.31%,对照组为68.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随访约15个月时,治疗组复发率9.68%,对照组为31.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前、后血常规、肝肾功能均正常。治疗组有5例局部注射药物后出现一过性瘙痒。结论斑块下注射微量5-FU曲安奈德混合液治疗成人局限性慢性湿疹的治愈率高,复发率低,药物不良反应轻微,值得进一步研究。

Clinical Observation of Local Injecting Mini Dose Fluorouracil and Triamcinolone at Plaque for Adult Chronic Eczema

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect,safety and recurrence of treating local chronic eczema of adult by injecting combined drug of mini dose Fluorouracil and Triamcinolone at plaque.Methods Thirty-nine cases in the treatment group were injected fluorouracil and triamcinolone;while 41 cases in the control group was injected Triamcinolone injection of the same dose as the treatment group only.The two groups were treated once two weeks,3 times in total.Blood routine,liver function and kidney function of the two groups were examined respectively before and after treatment.The results of the two groups were compared in the end.Results The recovery rate of the treatment group was 92.31%,the recovery rate of the control group was 68.29%.Significant statistic value was demonstrated by comparing the two groups(P<0.01).About 15 months later,the recurrence rate of the treament group was 9.68%,and the control group was 31.25%,significant statistic value was demonstrated between them(P<0.05).The results of blood routine,liver function and kidney function all were normal.Pruritus occurred in 5 cases in the treatment group for a short time.Conclusion With high recovery rate,low recurrence rate and slight adverse drug reaction,by injecting combined drug of mini dose Fluorouracil and Briamcinolone at plaque is worthy of further study.
