二苯环丙烯酮治疗斑秃16例疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察斑秃患者局部外用二苯环丙烯酮(DPCP)治疗的临床疗效。方法应用DPCP治疗16例斑秃患者,2%DPCP外搽秃发区致敏,1周后用0.001%DPCP外搽患者头皮,每周1次,并据患者反应增加浓度观察其治疗反应及副作用,并与局部外用米诺地尔酊2次/d进行对照。结果治疗组坚持治疗的11例患者中,8例出现终毛生长,有效率为72.73%,达到良好反应的中位时间为(9.07±3.96)月,停止治疗后复发率为25.00%,12.50%患者出现较严重副作用。对照组13例坚持治疗,4例患者出现终毛生长,有效率30.77%,复发率为25.00%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 DPCP治疗斑秃有效率高,安全性相对较好,是值得推荐的一种有效治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To assess the efficacy of diphenylcyclopropenone(DPCP)in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods Sixteen patients with alopecia areata were treated with DPCP. After sensitization with 2% DPCP, progressively higher concentrations beginning at 0.001% were applied weekly. The response rate and side-effects were studied. Sixteen patients in control group were treated with minoxidil two times per day. Results Eight patients responded among the 11 completing therapy(72.73%)in treatment group. The mean duration of treatment until excellent response was 9.07±3.96 months. Two patients (25.00%) had a relapse during follow-up. Significant side-effects were observed in 12.50% of patients. Four patients responded among the 13 completing therapy(30.77%)in control group. And the relapse rate was 25.00%. The response rate in treatment group was significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Topical immunotherapy with DPCP is an effective and relatively safe treatment for alopecia areata.
