卡泊三醇软膏联合氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗神经性皮炎和慢性湿疹疗效观察

目的观察卡泊三醇软膏联合氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗神经性皮炎和慢性湿疹的疗效。方法采用随机分组对照试验,试验组白天外用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏,2次/d,晚上外用卡泊三醇软膏,1次/d;对照Ⅰ组白天外用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏,2次/d,晚上外用0.025%维A酸乳膏,1次/d;对照Ⅱ组白天外用0.05%卤米松乳膏,1次/d,晚上外用0.025%维A酸乳膏,1次/d。在治疗前及治疗第4周末评估记录各观察指标,随访6个月观察其复发率。结果用药4周后,有效率试验组(85.00%)与对照Ⅱ组(88.33%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照Ⅰ组(70.00%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复发率试验组(19.23%)与对照Ⅰ组(26.09%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照Ⅱ组(46.15%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡泊三醇软膏联合氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗神经性皮炎和慢性湿疹疗效显著,复发率低。

Observation on the Effect of Calcipotriol Ointment Combined with Butyl Flufenamate Ointment Treating Dermatoneuritis and Chronic Eczema

Objective To observe the effect of calcipotriol ointment combined with butyl flufenamate ointment for dermatoneuritis and chronic eczema.Methods A randomized grouping controlled study was conducted,the test group received butyl flufenamate ointment(twice a day) plus calcipotriol ointment(once daily in the evening),the controlⅠgroup received butyl flufenamate ointment(twice a day) plus 0.025% tretinoin cream(once daily in the evening) and the controlⅡgroup received 0.05% halomelasone cream(once a day) plus 0.025% tretinoin cream(once daily in the evening).Symptom/sign scores were evaluated at the beginning and at the 4th week's end of the treatment.The patients were followed-up for six months to observe their recurrence rate.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficient rate of test group(85.00%) and control Ⅱgroup(88.33%) had no significant difference(P>0.05),with significant difference(P<0.05) between test group and controlⅠgroup(70.00%);the recurrence rate of test group(19.23%) and controlⅠgroup(26.09%) had no significant difference(P>0.05),with significant difference(P<0.05) between test group and controlⅡgroup(46.15%).Conclusion Calcipotriol ointment combined with butyl flufenamate ointment is effective for the treatment of dermatoneuritis and chronic eczema with lower recurrence rate.
