伐昔洛韦联合胸腺肽肠溶片间歇疗法预防复发性生殖器疱疹疗效观察

目的探讨治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的最佳方法。方法将入选的70例复发性生殖器疱疹患者按就诊顺序随机分成2组,对照组35例,口服伐昔洛韦0.3g,2次/d,连服6d;治疗组35例,口服伐昔洛韦0.3g,2次/d,每月连服6d,胸腺肽肠溶片10mg,3次/d,每月连服14d。两组患者的疗程均为4个月,治疗结束后随访6个月。结果在4个月治疗期间,治疗组复发率(14.72%)明显低于对照组(80.65%);在6个月随访期间,治疗组复发率(52.94%)也明显低于对照组(90.32%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论伐昔洛韦联合胸腺肽肠溶片间歇疗法治疗复发性生殖器疱疹可有效控制疱疹复发,疗效较好,且治疗方法简单,患者的依从性较好。

The Effect of Intermitant Valaciclovir Joint Thymopeptid Enteric-coated tablets for preventing Genital Herpes Recurrence

Objective To explore the effective and easy methods treating recurrent genital herpes(GH).Methods A total of 70 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:Control group was given valaciclovir 300mg,twice daily for 6 days.Treatment group,in every month,was given valaciclovir 300mg,twice daily for 6 days and thymopeptides enteric-coated tablets 10mg,three times a day for 14 days,consecutively for 4 months.Both groups were followed-up for 6 months after 4 months treatments were finished.Results During 4 months treatment time,the recurrent times rate of treatment group(14.72%) was significantly lower than that of control group(80.65%);the thereafter 6-month follow-up period,the recurrence rate of treatment group(52.94%) was also significantly lower than that of control group(90.32%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new method was not only effective but also convenient.
