| 摘 要： | 目的探讨活血逐瘀汤联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常性斑块状银屑病的临床疗效。方法治疗组采用口服活血逐瘀汤联合肌注卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,对照1组和2组分别仅口服活血逐瘀汤或肌注卡介菌多糖核酸治疗。结果治疗组与对照1组、对照2组有效率分别为86.67%,60.00%和46.67%,治疗组有效率与对照1组和2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论活血逐瘀汤联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常性斑块状银屑病起效快、疗效高、安全性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of blood stasis combined with BCG-PSN treated on plaque psoriasis.Methods The treatment group was treated by blood stasis decoction combined with BCG-PSN.The control group one and two was treated by blood stasis decoction orally or BCG-PSN respectively.Results The efficiency of treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 were 86.67%,60.00% and 46.67% respectively.There were significant differences among the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of blood stasis combined with BCG-PSN treated on plaque psoriasis is rapid,good and safe. |
