| 摘 要： | 例1女,38岁,因面部皮疹30余年就诊。例2女,70岁,因鼻背皮疹5年,右面部皮疹1年伴糜烂3个月就诊。例1和例2鼻背上皮损均表现为浸润性斑块,皮肤镜检查符合基底细胞癌,皮肤组织病理检查证实为硬斑病样型。例2右面部皮疹经病理证实为结节型基底细胞癌。均采用Mohs显微外科手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Case 1,a 38 year-old female presented with the lesion on her face for more than 30 years.Case 2,a 70 year-old female with the chief complaint of the lesions on her nasal dorsum and right cheek.The former had a history of 5 years,and the latter appeared one year ago but with erosion for 3 months.Both the lesion of case 1 and the one on the nasal dersum of case 2 showed plaques with invasion.The dermoscopy examinations of these two lesions were in line with basal cell carcinoma,which were confirmed as morphea-like basal cell carcinoma by histopathology.The lesion,which was on the cheek of case 2,was a nodular basal cell carcinoma.All were treated with Mohs surgery. |
