某医学院学生营养知识、态度、行为调查

摘    要:目的了解医学院学生的营养知识、态度和行为(KAP),为营养教育提供科学依据。方法对随机抽取的某医学院学生486人进行自行设计营养KAP问卷调查,分析其KAP评分。结果全部学生平均得分为34.82±4.53分,仅占总分的75.7%。男生营养KAP总评分为33.76±5.25,女生总评分为35.21±4.17,女生营养KAP总评分高于男生(P〈0.01),男生不及格率为24.8%(32/129),女生不及格率为10.4%(37/357),男生营养KAP不及格率高于女生(P〈0.01)。男生优秀率为44.2%(57/129),女生优秀率为55.5%(198/357),女生营养KAP总分优秀率高于男生(P〈0.05)。高年级的营养知识、营养态度、饮食行为和总评分分别为12.73±2.41、8.16±2.03、14.65±1.66和35.54±4.03,低年级的营养知识、营养态度、饮食行为和总评分分别为12.06±2.79、8.02±2.34、14.31±1.81和34.40±4.75。结论医学生营养知识较缺乏,应加强医学生营养教育,促使其改变不良饮食行为,促进医学生的健康。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the nutrition-related knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) of students in a medical college in order to provide scientific base for nutritional education. Method A total of 486 students in a medical college were selected randomly and their nutrition-related KAP was investigated by a self-designed questionnaire and the KAP scores were analyzed. Results The average score of total students was 34. 82± 4. 53 and it was only 75.7% of total scores. There were significant differences between male and female students in following items: the total average score of nutritional KAP: male (33.76 ± 5.25 ), female (35.21 ±4. 17)(P〈0. 01). The fail rate of nutritional KAP: male (24.8%, 32/129), female(10.4%, 37/ 357) (P 〈 0. 01 ). The excellent rate of total score of nutritional KAP: male (44. 2%, 57/129), female (55.5%, 198/357)(P 〈0. 05). Besides, there were significant differences in total average score of mutritional knowledge, nutritional attitude, dietatic behavior and total score between upperclassmen( 12.73 ± 2.41, 8. 16 ±2.03, 14.65 ± 1.66, and 35.54 ±4.03)and lowerclassmen(12. 06 ±2.79, 8.02 ±2.34, 14.31 ± 1.81 and 34. 40 ± 4. 75 ) ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The average score of nutritional attitude was same between lowerclassmen and upperclassmen(P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Most students in the medical college lacked nutritional knowledge. It is necessary to strengthen nutrition education in students of medical college, promote the changes of their ill dietary behavior, so as to improve their health.
