慢性前列腺炎患者的细菌L型检查及其意义

目的研究慢性前列腺炎与细菌L型的关系,探讨前列腺液(EPS)细菌L型培养检测的诊断价值及临床意义.方法对临床拟诊为慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液进行细菌L型培养和常规培养,同时做支原体(Uu)和衣原体(CT) 检测及药敏试验.结果 216例中细菌常规培养阳性130例(60.2%);细菌L 型培养阳性26例(12.0%);无菌生长60例(27.8%).26例细菌L型返祖到7种细菌,其中主要是葡萄球菌和棒状杆菌.结论常规细菌培养在诊断慢性前列腺炎时常会漏诊,细菌L型检测对临床诊治慢性前列腺炎具有重要意义.

The Isolation and Evaluation of L Forms Bacteria in Patients w ith Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To study the relationship between chronic prostatitis and L forms bacteria and explore the important clinical role of L forms bacteria culture of expressed prostatic secretion (EPS).Medthods The EPS of 216 patients diagnosed of chronic prostatitis was cultured by routine method and that for L forms bacteria. The antimicrobial susceptibility test was also performed. At the same time, the Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) were examined.Results One hundred and thirty samples in 216 were positive (60.2%) by routine culture and 26 samples were isolated L forms bacteria (12.0%),sixty samples were negative (27.8%).Twenty six strains of L forms bacteria reverted to 7 bacterial parental forms. Among them the dominant bacteria were Staphylococcus and Corynebacterium diphtherias.Conclusion Routine culture can cause the patients to be neglected, so the isolation of L forms bacteria of EPS is very important for diagnosis and treatment of chronic prostatitis.
