| 摘 要： | 观察医用生物胶在妇产科手术中止血，封闭瘘管及促进伤口愈合的作用。方法：治疗组对６５例妇科手术创面大，渗血多手术创面，对８例肥胖患者的手术切口喷洒医用生物胶；对８例会阴感染伤口瘘管注入生物胶，观察临床疗效，并与常规处理的对照组疗铲进行比较。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the application of fibrin sealant (FS) in gynecology operations Methods:FS was used in 65 cases with big incisions having massive bleeding and 8 cases with incisions in obese patients. It was also injected into 8 fistulas Its effects on treatment group were compared with control group Results:Bleeding during operation was reduced and fistula was closed earlier in treatment group No exudation was found on incisions of obese patients Conclusion:FS helps stopping bleeding and promotes incision healing FS is also absorbable and has little side effects |
