摘    要:目的:了解2例糖尿病病程及尿清蛋白(白蛋白)排泄率对周围神经传导速度的影响。方法:测定66例2型糖尿病患者的周围神经传导速度,并就其与病程及尿蛋白排泄的关系进行分析。结果:在病程不到5年、5 ̄10年和超过10年的患者的右尺神经感觉电生理异常的发生率分别为75%、86%和92%;右腓肠神经感觉电生理异常分别为73%、71%和92%。而运动神经病变早期多不明显,仅在病程超过10年的患者中,其神经传导速

Relationship between peripheral nerve conduction velocity and urinary albumin excretion and duration in type 2 diabetes mellitus
Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between peripheral nerve conduction velocity and urinary albumin excretion and duration in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Peripheral nerve conduction velocity was measured in66 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The relationship between peripheral never conduction Velocity and urinaryalbumin excretion or duration was analysed. Results: Among diabetes mellitus with duration less than 5 years, 5 10years and more than 10 years, abnormal rates of sensory electrophsiology of right ulnar nerve and right sura nervewere 75%, 86%, 92% and 73%, 71%, 92%, respectively. Motor nerve conduction velocity decreased significantlyonly in patients with duration more than 10 years. Among diabetes mellitus with normo-micro-and macro-albuminuria, abnormal rates of sensory electrophysiology of right ulnar nerve and right sura nerve were 69%, 90%, 100% and69%, 80%, 100%, respectively. However, obvious decreased aptitude and conduction velocity of motor nerve weredetected only in patients with macro-albuminuria. Conclusioin: Abnormal rates of peripheral nerve electrophysiologyincreased with the duration of diabetes mellitus and urinary albumin excretion rate.
