| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨爱维治对糖尿病多发性末梢神经病变的治疗效果。方法：把８９例病人随机分为两组,对照组４６例应用川芎嗪治疗,治疗组４３例应用川芎嗪的基础上加用爱维治治疗,疗程为１５天。结果;对照组总有效率为８０％,显效率１７％;治疗组总有效率为９５％,显效率４４％,两组间有显著差异。结论：爱维治是治疗该病的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of actovegin for the treatment of diabetic distal polyneuropathy. Methods: 89 cases with diabetic distal polyneuropathy were divided randomly into two groups: the control group ( n =46) and the treatment group ( n =43). The control and the treatment group were treated with tetramethylpyrazine or with tetramethylpyrazine and actovegin for 15 days respectively. Results: The total effective rate and the significant effective rate were 80% and 17% in the control group; 95% and 44% in the treatment group respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Actovegin might be an effective drug for the treatment of diabetic distal polyneruropathy. |
