| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨泌尿外科新的微创手术方法,经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术的护理方法。方法:通过对20例次经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术患者的护理,总结对于该类手术前、后护理要点。结果:手术过程顺利,取石成功率高,无并发症发生。结论:经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术是一项新的、有效的治疗肾结石的微创手术方法。护理工作的准确到位是手术成功的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the nursing of percutaneous nephrolithotomy by endoscopy and holmium laser.Methods: The essential of nursing for 20 patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy by endoscopy and holmium laser was studied retrospectively.Results: The operation went smoothly,with high success rate of stone removal,without complication.Conclusion: Percutaneous nephrolithotomy by endoscopy and holmium laser is an effective and minimally invasive treatment for the kidney stones.Perioperative nursing plays an important role in the successful treatment. |
