| 摘 要： | 目的 提高高血压脑出血的微创治疗效果。方法 用L型网板对126例高血压脑出血血肿部位进行定位。结果 幕上出血量在25mL以上100％定位准确，只有个别在深浅上有差异。结论 L型网板适用各种颅内幕上出血．定位准确．操作简易，制作方便。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the minimally invasive surgery of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The puncture drainage through minimal invasion was performed in a total of 126 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the hematoma location was analyzed with a simple L-shaped cribriform plate. Results The accurate rate of location using simple L-shaped cribriform plate was 100% in the patients with supratentofial cerebral hemorrhage (hemorrhage volume>25 mL). The discrepancy in depth occurred in only a few. Conclusion The simple L-shaped cribriform plate, with advantages of precise location, simple operation and easy making, is a very desirable tool in minimally invasive surgical intervention for treating supratentorial cerebral hemorrhage. |
