| 摘 要： | 目的：评价80岁以上高龄老人股骨转子间粉碎性骨折的治疗方法。方法：前瞻性对照研究，2003年5月～2003年10月间收治80岁以上股骨转子间粉碎性骨折手术病人30例，Evans分型13例为Ⅳ型，17例为Ⅴ型．分为股骨近端髓内钉组(PFN)和滑动髋螺钉组(DHS)进行前瞻性对照研究。结果：PFN组在手术时间，失血量均少于DHS组，两组骨折愈合和功能恢复未见显著差异。结论：PFN与DHS都可以治疗合适的高龄老人的股骨转子间粉碎性骨折，PFN稍具优势。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the treatments of intertrochanteric femoral fracture in patients over 80 years of age. Methods: A comparative prospective study. From 2003.5 to 2003.10, 30 cases of intertrochanteric femoral fracture in venerable age above 80 were treated. According to Evans' classification, there were 13 cases of class IV, 17 cases of class V. A prospective study was performed by seperating the patients to proximal femoral nail (PFN) group and dynamic hip screw (DHS) group. Results: For operation time and blood loss, PFN group is less than DHS group. Fracture healing and function recovery have no statistics difference between two groups. Conclusion:Both PFN and DHS can be used to treat intertrochanteric femoral fracture in venerable age, and PFN is a little bit better than the other. |
