摘    要:目的:探究复方氨基酸注射液引起不良反应(ADR)的一般规律和特点,为安全用药提供参考。方法:对2012~2014年江苏省内上报的1540例复方氨基酸注射液ADR报告中的患者年龄、性别、原患疾病、用药原因、不良反应发生时间、临床表现等方面进行统计和分析。结果:复方氨基酸注射液引起的ADR在大于60岁年龄段构成比高,且在用药半小时内发生多。ADR累及机体的多个器官和系统,以胃肠道构成比最高。结论:未显示基本药物的风险增高,临床应加强该药合理用药的管理。

Abstract:Objective: To study the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by compound amino acid injections and provide a reference for the safe use of drugs. Methods: A total of 1540 ADR cases of compound amino acid injections in Jiangsu Province during 2012-2014 were collected and analyzed on age, gender, disease, occurrence times of ADR, clinical manifestations, etc. Results: The constituent ratio of age over 60 was the highest. The onset of ADRs was usually within 30 min after injection. ADR involved multiple organs and systems in the body and the ratio of gastrointestinal tract involvement was the highest. Conclusion: The risk of essential drugs is not increased, while the management of rational drug use should be strengthened.
