| 摘 要： | 对１９９３年￣１９９６年间的２１９７例男性由性病引起的尿道炎患者进行淋球菌、沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体检测，并对混合感染情况进行分析。结果表明：２１９７例患者总的混合感染率为２１．８％（４７８／２１７９），其中，淋球菌混合感染率为４４．２％，沙眼衣原体为４４．７％，解脲支原体为５８．８％；混合感染特别是解脲支原体的混合感染，在近１￣２年增长迅速，而且９０．３％发生在２０￣４０岁年龄组。提示对性病引起的

| Abstract: | This papers reports 2197 male patients of urethritis with mixed infection. The results showed that:(1) the total mixed infection rate was 21. 8% (478 /2197 ). (2 ) the mixed infection rate of gonoeoccus, chlamydia trachomatis, U. urealyticum were 44. 2 %, 44. 7% and 58. 8%, respectively. (3) the mixed infection, especially, the incidence of U. urealyticum infection increased rapidly in recent 1~ 2 years. (4) the mixed infection rate was highest in the age group of 20 ~ 40 years. These results suggest that care must be taken to the mixed infection in patients with urethritis. |
