职业性接汞对神经行为功能的影响

对５６名无症状的接触汞工人进行了神经行为功能测试。结果表明：接触组的数字跨度、提转捷度、数字译码、视觉保留以及情感状态的有力－好动项得分明显低于对照组；简单反应时的各项指标匀较对照组慢；而情感状态的疲惫惰性项、因惑－迷茫项得分高于对照组。提示汞对接触者的损伤主要表现为运动直辖市能力、记忆力、反应能力及情感状态的改变。

The Effecis of Occupational Exposureto Mercury on Neurobehavioral Function

neurobehavioral test was conducted in mercury-exposed workers without obvious cli- nical symptoms.The results indicated that themercury-exposedworkers were significantly lower than the control group in the scores ofSanta Ana Dexterity,Digit Symbol,Benton Visual Retantion, Vigor-Activity of Profile ofMood states (P<0.05 or P<0.01);SimpleVisual Reaction Time is slower than the con-trol. However,the marks of Fatigue-Inertia,Confusion-Bewilderment in the mercury-expo- sed group were statistically higher(P<0.05).It is suggestion that the neurobehavioral effects of mercury in exposed workerschanges in eye-hand coordination, memory,reaction speed and the profile of mood statesl.
