综合定量法评价局部振动对甲皱微循环的影响

采用综合定量法对１００名工人进行甲皱微循环调查研究。结果表明，接振组与对照组之间，在血管形态、血液流态、袢周状态三方面，得分值及总积分值，两组间均存在着显著差异，Ｐ〈０．００１；并且，随着工龄的增加，总积分值增高，呈正相关关系，ｒ＝０．９０５，Ｐ〈０．０５。同时亦表明，综合定量法是切实可行的，规范、统一，可为同类研究提供可比性，是值得推广及利用的好方法。

he paper observed microcirculation ofnail fuld in 100 worbers exposed to local vib-ration with a comprehensive quantitative me-thod.The results showed that the differencesin scores of vessel morphology, blood fluidity,Status of periloop and in total scores betweenthe exposed group and controls were significant(P<0.001),Total scores for workers exposed tovibration were pesitively correlated with theiryears of eXposure. Their total scores increasewith years of service.The observation dem-onstrated,after standardization and unifica-tion,the obtained results with this method arecomparable among various studies of samekind. There fore the method used on thisstudy is applicable and useful.
