| Abstract: | On the management and service side,the key purpose of link-up between Medical Assistance (MA) and New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme (NCMS) is that the MA target people should get direct reimbursement or exemption in the health facilities,which needs the perfect link-up between MA and NCMS in various aspects,such as funding management,provider monitoring and information management,etc. |
