川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对血管内皮生长因子浓度的影响

目的观察川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UA）的临床疗效及对血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）浓度的影响。方法将120例UA患者按随机性分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。两组均给予抗血小板药、硝酸酯类药物、B受体阻滞剂等治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上静滴川芎嗪注射液80mg／d加生理盐水250ml。14d后比较两组治疗后心绞痛情况，VEGF、纤维蛋白原（FIB）和血脂变化。结果治疗组心绞痛症状明显减少，血清甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）和FIB显著低于对照组，VEGF明显高于对照组，两组均无不良反应。结论川芎嗪注射液能增加血管内皮生长因子的含量。治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效肯定。

The concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor and clinical observation of ligustrazine injection on unstable angina

Objective To observe clinical curative effect and the concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor of ligustrazine injection in patients with unstable angina （UA）. Methods 120 cases with UA were randomly divided into the treatment group of 60 cases and control group of 60 cases. And the two groups were received with regular drugs such as anti-platelets, nitrate and β-blocker. In addition, the treatment group intravenously received ligustrazine injection. After 14 days, the angina events, VEGF, FIB and blood-lipid were compared in two groups. Results The angina events reduced obviously in the treatment group, and also TG, TC, LDL-C and FIB. The concentration of VEGF increased obviously. Two groups all without adverse effects. Conclusion Ligustrazine injection increases the concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor and it is effective for therapying of UA.
