摘    要:雷公藤对类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮和肾病等自身免疫性疾病的临床疗效显著,但其严重的毒副作用限制了临床应用与推广。有毒中药一直是中药炮制研究的重点,古云"有毒宜制"。以雷公藤和炮制为主题,经检索中国知网和Sci Finder等国内外数据库,发现雷公藤炮制研究基本为国内报道。本文就近30年来有关雷公藤的炮制研究进行综述,较全面、系统地总结了炮制对雷公藤毒性、药效及其化学成分的影响,以期为雷公藤的深入炮制研究、新药开发及其临床应用安全性和有效性的提高提供参考。

Abstract:Tripterygium wilfordii is an excellent Chinese medicine with significantly efficacy for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus,nephropathy and other autoimmune diseases,but its clinical applications were confined by its serious side effects.Toxic Chinese medicine has been the research focus of processing.The latest research progress on the processing of T. wilfordii in recent 30 years was reviewed in this paper according to the data base such as CNKI,SciFinder and so on.The influence of processing on the toxicity,activity and chemical constituents of T. wilfordii was systematically summarized for its further processing research,new drug development and clinical application.
