| 摘 要： | 胰腺癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,预后差。手术治疗仍然是胰腺癌唯一可治愈的方法,因此术前准确分期相当重要,以避免不必要的手术探查。CT是常规检查手段,而先进的多层螺旋CT的出现展示了新的前景。此文综述多层螺旋CT在胰腺癌诊断及分期的应用进展。

| Abstract: | Pancreatic cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in the digestive system,and has bad prognosis. Surgery remains the only option for cure.Accurate diagnosis and staging of pancreatic cancer are therefore of great importance, and unnecessary laparotomy exploration will he avoided.CT is routinely used in evaluating pancreatic cancer,and the advent of advanced multi-slice helical CT is illustrating new perspective.This paper reviews the application of MSCT in diagnosis and staging of pancreatic cancer. |
