妊娠合并心脏病49例分析

目的探讨妊娠合并心脏病的类型及不同心功能状态对母婴的影响。方法对我院2003年1月至2005年12月妊娠合并心脏病49例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果妊娠合并心脏病发病率以先天性心脏病最高,占51%;其次为风湿性心脏病,占30.6%;第三为心律失常,占10.2%。剖宫产率占80.6%;低体重儿发生率随心功能分级增高而增加,新生儿平均体重随心功能分级增高而减少。结论在妊娠合并心脏病中,先天性心脏病发病率升至最高,风心病发病率已明显下降。心功能Ⅲ￣Ⅳ级低体重儿发生率高。剖宫产适时终止妊娠可减少心衰发生。

Clinical analysis of 49 cases of pregnancy complicated by hearte disease

Objective To invesigate the style of pregnancy complicated by heart disease and the influence of cardiac function of pregnant women on outcome of their pregnancies. Methods Clinical date of 49 cases of pregnant women with heart disease from January, 2003 to Decenber,2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The highest incidence of cardiac disease was due to congenital heart disease(51%).The incidence of rheumatic heart disease is on the second (30.6%) which was higer than that of abnormal cardiac rhythm(10.2%). The rate of cesarean birth was 80.6%.The higher the grade of hearte function in women ,the higher the incidence of low weight of new borns, but the lower the average weight of newborns. Conclusion The incidence of congenital heart disease was the highest, which of rheumatic heart disease was decreasing. The incidence of low weight of newborns in the grade III and IV cardiac function in women was higher than the grade I and II cardiac function. Cesarean birth can reduce heart failure.
