醒脾和胃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效观察

目的：观察醒脾和胃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法：将116例患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组56例,治疗组应用醒脾和胃汤制剂每天100 mL,对照组给予胃康灵治疗,3个月后观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组显效46例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组显效23例,有效17例,无效16例,总有效率71.43%。治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较有明显差异（P〈0.01）。结论：醒脾和胃汤制剂治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效确切,明显优于对照组。

Clinical Research of Decoction for Waking up Spleen to Regulate Stomach on Superficial Gastritis

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Decoction for Waking up Spleen to Regulate Stomach on chronic superficial gastritis. Method： 116 cases were divided into two groups randomly, 60 cases in treatment group and 56 cases in control group. The cases in treatment group were treated with Decoction for Waking up Spleen to Regulate Stomach, 100ml a day. The ones in control group were done with Wei- kang- ling. The course of treatment included 3 months. Result： In treatment group, 46 cases were excellent, 12 ones effective, and 2 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.67%. In control group 23 cases were excellent, 17 ones effective, and 16 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 71.43%. Treatment group was better remarkably than control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Decoction for Waking up Spleen to Regulate Stomach has reliable curative effect on superficial gastritis. After being treated the patient can recover quickly and is not easy to recur.
