封闭式负压引流治疗难愈性压疮的护理探讨

目的探讨封闭式负压引流治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ期压疮的效果。方法应用封闭式负压引流技术治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期压疮，随机将40例Ⅲ-Ⅳ期压疮的患者分为治疗组及对照组各20例，治疗组采用封闭式负压引流治疗创面，对照组采用安尔碘湿敷创面，观察两组治疗的效果。结果治疗组总有效率92％，对照组总有效率86．36％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于Ⅲ-Ⅳ期压疮的患者使用封闭式负压引流治疗时间明显缩短、治愈率明显提高，同时减少病人痛苦、减轻医务人员工作量、减少抗生素使用及患者经济负担。

Discussion on nursing of vacuum-assisted closure in treatment of difficult healing bedsore

Objective To Investigate the application of vacuum-assisted closure(V.A.C) on phase Ⅲ and phase Ⅳ bedsore. Methods Appling technology of vacuum-assisted closure treat bedsore of stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ,40 cases of the bedsore were randomly divided into the treated group (20 cases) and the control group (20 cases), treatment group received wound curative way of VAC, while the control group used local hydropathic compress with lodophors .Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher(92%) than that in control group(86.36%,P < 0.05). Conclusion The way of VAC can shortened obviously therapy time ,alleviate the patients' suffering and ec, onomic burden, reduce medical staff workload, decrease antibiotics use.
