清开灵注射液支气管肺泡灌洗治疗肺心病呼吸衰竭26例

目的观察清开灵注射液支气管肺泡灌洗治疗肺心病呼吸衰竭的疗效.方法50例患者随机分为2组,治疗组26例用清开灵注射液支气管肺泡灌洗,对照组24例用生理盐水灌洗,2组均每2d重复1次,4次为1疗程;2组均维持相同的基础治疗.结果治疗组总有效率为92.31%,对照组总有效率为70.83%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组动脉血pH值、PaO2、PaCO2的改善均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论清开灵注射液支气管肺泡灌洗治疗肺心病呼吸衰竭,通过清热化痰、醒脑开窍可以达到局部抗炎、促进排痰、改善通气的目的,有确切疗效.

Clinical Report on 26 Patients with Chronic Cor Pulmonale Respiratory Failure Treated by Broncho - Alveolar Lavement Used Qikailing Injection

Objective:To observe the treated effect of bron cho -alveolar lavement Using Qikailing injection on patients with chronic cor pul-monale respiratory failure.Methods:50Patients were divided into two groups ,in treating group(n =26),broncho -alveolar lavement usingQikailing injection,and in control gyoup(n =24)using NS,Both were repeated each 2days and eath 4times a s a period of treatment,and both have the same basic treatment.Results:The effect rate of treating and control are 92.31%and 70.83%,the tr eating group is better,The im-provement of treating group in pH,PaO 2 ,PaCO 2 is better than that of contral group.Conclusion:The effect of Qikailing Injection in such treating is positive.It has the reac tion of local anti -inflammation,pr o-moting to void sputum,improving ven tilation,throngh resolving phlegm and clearing away the heat -evil,regaining consciousness.
