微量元素锌、铜含量对儿童骨量影响的初步探讨

摘    要:为探讨微量元素与儿童骨量之间的关系,对330例健康儿童同时测定了骨密度和血微量元素锌、铜含量。并将其中84例低骨量儿童与骨量正常儿童对比。结果发现低骨量儿童血锌、铜含量明显低于骨量正常儿童(2~4岁儿童血铜P<0.05,其它均P<0.01)。提示血锌、铜含量降低可能是造成儿童低骨量的重要因素之一。

Abstract:To evaluate the relation between trace elements and bone mass in children,blood zine and copper levels and bone mineral density in 330 healthy children were measured simultaneously. The 84 children with decreased bone mass were compared with those with normal bone mass. It was found that the blood zinc and copper levels in children with decreased bone mass were significantly lower than those in children with normal bone mass(P<0. 01,except P<0. 05 for the blood copper level in children 2- 4 years old). It appears that the decrease of zinc and copper levels may be one of the important factors which can result in decrease of bone mass in children.
