| 摘 要： | 本实验利用去势大鼠骨质疏松模型对利维爱、降钙素、苯丙酸诺龙之间不同组合方案治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效进行研究。经３个月治疗后，各治疗组的骨代谢生化指标、骨密度均有不同程度改善。本实验结果表明：利维爱和降钙素治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效相似，而两者之间有正协同效应。在利维爱、降钙素的基础上加用苯丙酸诺龙之后疗效明显改善。各治疗组中以三种药物联合使用组疗效最佳，其骨代谢已基本恢复正常。全身骨密度及腰椎２～４骨密度已分别恢复至正常对照组的９４．２％和９３．６％。

| Abstract: | We studied the curative effect of combined administration of Livial (LV),Calcitonin(CT) and Nandrolone decanoate(ND)to treat postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMO)in osteoporotic rat models.The bone metabolism biochemical indexes and bone mineral density(BMD)of treated groups improved in different degrees after 3 months of treatment. The results showed that the curative effect of LV and CT was similar and there was a positive synergism between them. The group treated withLV,CT and ND together had the best curative effect,in which bone metabolism recovered to normal level,whole body BMD and LZ-L4 BMD restored to 94. 2% and 93. 6% of normal group. |
