原发性骨质疏松症的中医研究近况

本文对中医研究骨质疏松症的近况进行了综合性评述。认为：中医近年来通过借助一些现代医学手段，无论在发病机理、辨证分型及治疗等方面，皆取得了可喜的成绩。在理论方面，通过多位学者的研究，进一步证明了中医理论中肾主骨及骨的强健、脆弱与肾的关系有一定的科学性。在辨证分型方面，除了肾虚型，尚有气滞血瘀、肝郁、脾虎等证型，使分型趋于更加全面、合理。在治疗方面，通过大量的临床及动物试验，以及与治疗此病的西药进行对比，提示中药治疗骨质疏松症的内在物质基础，可能与调节机体内分泌、免疫、微量元素等系统有关，并可看出中药治疗此病具有明显的临床效果，且副作用少，宜于长期服用。

Recent developments of study of traditional Chinese medicine on primary Osteoporosis

This paper recounts and discusses the recent study of traditional Chinese medicine on primary osteoporosis. In traditional Chinese medicine there have been gratifying achievements in the mechanism, differential diagnosis and treatment of the disease by means of modern medical sciences in recent years. The theory of "kidney dominates bones"and "strength or fragility of bones is related. to kidney"have been further proved. In differential diagnosis,in addition to the syndrome of kidney asthenia,there exist syndrome of Liver-Qi stagnation,syndrome of spleen insufficiency and syndrome of blood stasis due to stagnation of Qi. This categorization is more comprehensive and trational. In treatment,through a lot of tests on animal,clinical observation and comparison with western medicine,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treating the primary osteoporosis. Is suggested to be related to endocrine regulation, immunity and trace element in the body. So we consider that traditional Chinese medicine has evident clinical effect and less side effect,and it can be taken over a long period of time.
