| 摘 要： | 当今，男性ＯＰ日益引起社会重视，但现代医学仍无较多有特效的治疗方法。本文应用祖国传统医学理论，归纳总结了男性ＯＰ的辨证论治、病因病机、症状表现、药物治疗。同时针对老年男性ＯＰ特点，对其最常见且最严重的并发症──股骨颈骨折，提出并探讨了中医药防治措施。并根据老年男性ＯＰ生物力学要求，探讨了手术方式的选择，介绍了中西结合治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Currently,the senile males' osteoporosis has drawn increasing social attention. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the article summarizes the differentiation of syndiscusses the choice of operative technigue,introduces the methods and experiences of TCM treatment and prevention of femoral neck frature,the most common and serious complication of osteoporosis. |
