摘    要:目的:探讨以乳头溢液为主诉的T0乳腺癌的诊断治疗及预后。方法:1978年1月-1996年12月间共收治女性乳腺癌9082例,苍茫检出T0乳腺癌215例(217例次),其中以乳头溢液为主诉的T0乳腺癌为110例(111例次),全部接受手术治疗及病理组织学检查。结果:25例行传统根治术,仿根治术66例,全乳切除术11例,乳腺部分切除加放疗4例,区段切除4例。病变多数(78.0%)为非浸润性癌,早期浸润性癌及特殊型癌。结论:在91例仿根治术及根治术中淋巴结转移率为6.5%,110例术后除4例死于他病外,106例经随诊5-15年均健在,明显提高了生存率术及根治术中淋巴结转移率为6.5%,110例术后除4例死于他病外,106例经随诊5-15年均健在,明显提高了生存率。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the diagnosis,cure and prognosis of nip ple discharge in T0breast carcinoma.Methods :Between1978and1996,9082female patients with op erable breast carcinoma were treated,among them215cases of T0breast carcinoma were diagnosed.110cases pre sented nipple discharge.All patients were treated by surgery and histopathological exam.Re sults:Radi cal mastecto my was performed in25cases,modified mastectomy in66cas-es,simple mastec tomy in11cases,lumpectomy with ra diotherapy in4cases and segmental resec-tion in4cases respectively.Among them,most cases(78%)were non-invasive carcinoma,early invasive carcinoma or special type invasive carcinoma.Conclusions:Axillary lymph node metasta-sis accounted for only6.5%in the91mastectomy cases.Except for4patients died of other dis-eases,106patients were alive and well dur ing follow-up periods of5-15years in110cases.The sur vival rate was in creased obviously.
