炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的疗效分析

目的探讨炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及不良反应。方法选择手足口病患者116例．随机分成两组。对照组58例静滴利巴韦林15mg／（kg·d），治疗组58例静滴炎琥宁注射液10mg／（kg·d），疗程5d，疗程结束时比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组在退热时间、口腔疼痛消失时间、皮疹消退时间等方面均短于对照组，两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组总有效率96．55％．对照组82．76％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。对照组出现8例不良反应，治疗组发现1例不良反应，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病可明显改善症状、提高疗效，且用药相对安全，值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect of the treatment with yanhuning injection on children with hand,foot and mouth disease

Objective To explore the curative effect and adverse reactions for the treatment with yanhuning injection on children with hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods 116 patients with HFMD were divided into the control group （n=58） and the treatment group （n=58）. The control group were treated with ribavirin 15 mg/（kg·d） by intravenous drip, while the treatment group were treated with yanhun- ing injection 10 mg/（kg·d） by the same method. The course was 5 days. The curative effect and adverse reactions for the two groups were compared in the end of treatment. Results Fever time, oral pain time and rash dissipated time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group with significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 96.55% in the treatment group and 82.76% in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Eight cases in the control group occurred adverse reactions while one case with adverse reaction was found in the treatment group, with significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Symptoms and the curative effect can be improved significantly by the treatment with yanhuning injection on HFMD, which is relatively safety and worthy of clinical applicadon.
