颅神经损伤后重建

颅神经损伤后能否重建及重建后的功能恢复一直是困扰广大神经外科医生的难题。近年来，大量的基础和临床研究证实颅神经颅内段大部分在损伤后均可手术重建。神经功能恢复的程度要依据其组织学特点、损伤程度及重建的方法而不同。本着重阐述了颅神经颅内段损伤后重建的最新研究进展。

Cranial nerve reconstruction after injury

Whether intracranial nerves can be reconstructed and whether their functions can be recovered after reconstruction keep bewildering surgeons. In recent years, a large number of experimental and clinical studies involving reconstruction of intracranial nerves provide evidences that the intracranial parts of most cranial nerves can be reconstructed, and the degree of functional recovery after reconstruction is dependent on its histological characteristics, damage degree and different reconstructive techniques. In this paper the authors reviewed the latest developments in reconstruction of intracranial nerves.
