单发性肝脏转移瘤的CT表现

目的：探讨单发性肝脏转移瘤的CT表现。方法：回顾性分析43例经手术或随访证实的单发性肝脏转移瘤CT特征，包括肿瘤密度、边界、钙化及强化特点。结果：肝脏单发转移瘤平扫多为低密度，边界模糊不清，可以有钙化；增强后动脉期多无强化，门脉期病灶边缘轻中度不均匀强化，少数肿瘤可明显强化，平衡期强化程度减轻；门静脉癌栓罕见。结论：肝脏单发转移瘤CT表现有一定的特征性。病史很重要。

CT Manifestation in Solitary Metastatic Liver Tumors

Objective To discuss CT manifestation in solitary metastatic liver tumors. Methods 43 cases of surgery or clinical follow-up confirmed solitary metastatic liver tumors were analyzed retrospectively to see whether these tumors had any distinct feature on CT images with respect to tumor density, border, calcification and characteristics of enhancement. Results Solitary metastatic liver tumors presented as low density on plain CT scan, with unclear borders, and calcification in some cases ; there was no enhancement in the arterial phase in most cases ; there was mild heterogeneous border enhancement in most cases, and significant enhancement in some cases in the portal phase; the enhancement degree was decreased in the balance phase. Portal cancer embolization was a rare occurrence. Conclusion There are some characteristic manifestations on CT imaging in solitary metastatic liver tumors, the case history is important.
