严重创伤时效救治的护理策略

目的探讨严重创伤院内急救初始阶段进行时效管理时对护理的要求及护理对策。方法回顾分析了2006年3月～2011年12月374例（研究组）和2005年i月～2006年3月26例（对照组）严重创伤患者的急救情况，对两组的护理策略、救治时间和其它临床资料予以对照研究。结果两组基本资料具有可比性（P〉0．05）；研究组374例死亡20例，死亡率为5．35％，对照组26例死亡3例，死亡率为11．54％（P〈0．05）。研究组在急诊室处理时间、特殊检查时间、人院至手术室时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05）。结论严重创伤急救绿色通道缩短了救治空间和时间，对护理急诊意识、急诊相应技术和多部门间（比如急诊科与手术室）组织协调能力提出了更高的要求。

Nursing strategy during emergency management of severe trauma

Objective To explore the nursing strategy during emergency management of severe trauma in the early in-hospital period. Methods We reviewed the data of 374 severe trauma cases who received emergency management in our hospital from Mar. 2006 to Dec 2011 as research group, and the data of 26 severe trauma cases from Jan 2005 to Mar 2016 as control group. The nursing strategy,time cost and other clinic data during emergency management were compared between the two groups. Results In the research group, 20 cases died （mortality 5.35% ） and 3 cases died （mortality 11.54% ） in the control group. The time cost in the emergency room,special exam and pre-operation in the research group was less than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The fast track for the severe trauma shortens the emergency management time and space cost. And it requires health workers to enhance their emergency conception,skill and the coordination ability of multi-departments.
