关节镜下Ethibond缝线联合Endobutton钢板治疗膝前交叉韧带下止点撕脱骨折

目的探讨关节镜下Ethibond缝线联合Endobutton钢板固定治疗前交叉韧带下止点撕脱性骨折的可行性及近期疗效。方法2010年7月～2012年8月对23例膝前交叉韧带下止点撕脱骨折患者行关节镜下Ethibond韧带缝线联合Endobutton带袢钢板止点重建术，男性16例，女性7例；年龄25～66岁，平均38．5岁。术中使用Ethibond缝线，横穿撕脱骨折腱骨联合区，经韧带两侧胫骨骨隧道拉到胫骨内下方，固定在胫骨前方Endobutton钢板上。结果手术时间45—70min，平均55min。23例均随访11—24个月，平均17．5个月。术后6个月，所有骨折均获愈合，未出现骨折移位及膝关节不稳；Lysholm膝关节功能评分86～97分。结论关节镜下韧带缝线联合Endobutton带袢钢板治疗膝前交叉韧带下止点撕脱骨折，操作简便，效果可靠。

Arthroscopic technique of Ethibond suture and Endobutton plate fixation for avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament

Objective To investigate the feasibility and short-term effects of Ethibond suture and Endobutton plate fixation of the anterior crueiate ligament. Methods Arthroscopic Ethibond suture and Endobutton plate fixation were carried out in 23 patients with bony avulsion of the anterior cruciate ligament from Jul. 2010 to Jan. 2012. There were 16 males and 7 females,age ranged from 25 to 66 years,with an average of 38.5 years old. Ethi- bond suture was applied to cross over the avulsion fracture tendon-bone joint zone and fixed on the Endobutton plate in front of the tibial plateau via the bilateral ligament tibial tunnel. Results The operation time ranged from 45 to 70 minutes （mean 55 minutes）. A follow-up was made in 23 patients for 10-24 months （mean 17.5 months）. All fractures were united without displacement at 6 months after operation. No postoperative complications occurred. The Lysholm score ranged from 86 to 97. Conclusion Arthroscopic technique of Ethibond suture and Endobutton plate fixation for avulsion fracture of anterior erueiate ligament technique is simple to perform and earl achieve a sat- isfactory short-term results.
