直肠癌前切除术中意外损伤预防与处理的对比分析

目的探讨直肠癌前切除术中意外损伤的预防与处理对策。方法回顾性的分析武汉市第八医院结直肠肛门外科2002年1月至2004年12月(前组)和2005年1月至2010年12月(后组)两个时间段共358例直肠癌前切除术中发生盆腔血管、输尿管、阴道、膀胱意外损伤的8例病例;提出术中意外损伤的预防与处理对策。结果两组意外损伤共8例,占2.23%,前组6例,占11.32%,后组2例,占0.66%。两组意外损伤经缝合、修补、压迫、膀胱肌瓣修复等方法治愈。结论注意直肠癌前切除术中的一些技术细节及仔细操作,是防止术中意外损伤发生的有效方法。

Contrast analysis of the prevention and treatment of accidental injury in anterior resection of rectal cancer surgery

Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment countermeasures of the accident injury in anterior resection of rectal cancer patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of the eighth hospital in Wuhan anal colorectal surgery from January 2002 to December 2004(before) and from January 2005 to December 2008(after),358 patients received rectal cancer anterior resection surgery and 8 patients that took place accident injury in the pelvic blood vessels,ureter,vagina,bladder;put forward during the accident injury prevention and treatment.Results The two groups a total of 8 cases of injury accidents,accounting for 2.23%,6 cases of the before group,accounting for 11.32 percent,after the group 2 cases,accounting for 0.66 percent.Two injury accidents by suture,patch,oppression,the bladder muscle flap to repair and other methods to cure.Conclusion The effective way to prevent the accidental injury in anterior resection of rectal cancer surgery is pay more attention on the technical details and careful operation
