| 摘 要： | 目的探讨医疗并发症在ICD-10中的一些编码原则和主要诊断的选择原则。方法通过对医疗并发症的定义、分类、主要诊断的、选择原则及其编码来进行分析。结果总结出了医疗并发症的编码原则及主要诊断的选择原则。结论遇到有关医疗并发症的这类编码时，首先，应仔细阅读病案明确出院诊断，其次分清医疗并发症的类型，再按原则进行编码。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore and discuss some ICD- 10 Coding principles and selection principles of main diagnosis of medical complications.Method Analyzed through definition, classification, selection principles and coding of main diagnosis. Result coding principles and selection principles of main diagnosis of medical complications have been summarized. Conclusion when you want to code such relevant medical complications, first, medical records should be read carefully to definite discharge diagnosis; second, types of medical complication should be identified to code based on coding principles. |
