| 摘 要： | 回顾19例经手术探查的外伤性面瘫。大部分病例证实面神经损伤常见于水平部和膝状神经节周围。随防半年到2年,面瘫完全恢复16例,部分恢复3例。手术采用经乳突、上鼓室进路,面神经膝状神经节和迷路段足以暴露。作者还就适应症,手术进路进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | A retrospective review of 19 patients with traumatic facial paralysis who underwent surgical exploration was performed. Majority of the cases sustained injuries usually to the horizontal and perigeniculate portion of the facial nerve. Nineteen cases had been follwed up for a half to two years. Complete recovery was observed in 16 cases and partial recovery in 3 cases. Transmation-attical approach was used. The geniculate ganglion and distal part of the labyrinthine segment of the facial nerve could be exposed by this approach. The indications and the surgical approach were discussed. |
