| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童外伤性前房积血的治疗方法。方法对28例(28眼)儿童外伤性前房积血患者采取防止继发性出血,预防感染,并运用中西医结合、活血化瘀药等治疗方法。结果28例(28眼)经综合治疗后,积血吸收,视力提高,无严重并发症。结论儿童外伤性前房积血通过综合治疗,可以取得满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore therapy of children with traumatic anterior chamber hyphema.Methods Twenty-eight children(28 eyes) with traumatic were performed with prevention of secondary hemorrhage,infection,anterior chamber combination of Western medicine and drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis.Results Twenty-eight children(28 eyes),received combined therapy,obtained effects including hyphema absorbtion,improvement of eyesight,and there were no severe complications.Conclusion The combined therapy may obtain reasonal efficacy for children with traumatic anterior chamber hyphema. |
