| Abstract: | A radiochemical method for the separation of albumin- and ceruloplasminbound 64Cu from serum is described. Separation was achieved by column chromatography with an iminodiacetic acid-chelating resin at pH 5.0 and 40°. The experimental details for the separation are given. |
