| 摘 要： | 目的通过对大学生心理应激反应进行测量，检验大学生心理应激量表的信度和效度，提高大学生心理应激测验的准确性。方法应用大学生心理应激量表、困扰症状量表和SCL-90量表，采用随机分层抽样的方法对大学生进行测试，求量表间的相关性。结果重测信度为0．90（P〈0．01）；心理应激事件量表和困扰症状量表总分相关系数为0．60（P〈0．01）；心理应激事件量表和SCL-90量表总分相关系数为0．62（P〈0．01），均具有统计学意义。结论大学生心理性应激量表具有良好的信度和效度，能够全面、准确地评价大学生心理应激水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the college students mental stress to examine the reliability and validity of the mental stress scale and improve the veracity of the test for college students mental stress.Methods To test the college students by using university student's mental stress scale,distress symptom scale and SCL-90 with delaminating random sample methods and check the correlations between these scales.Results The test-retest reliability is 0.90(P<0.01).The correlation between the mental stress scale and distress symptom scale is 0.60(P<0.01).The correlation between the mental stress scale and SCL-90 scale is 0.62(P<0.01).They all have significance in statistics.Conclusion The mental stress scale has good reliability and validity and can be used for evaluating the level of college students mental stress. |
