隆凸性皮肤纤维肉瘤的手术治疗

目的提高对隆凸性皮肤纤维肉瘤的认识，强调正确规范手术操作的重要性，并初步探讨肿瘤扩大切除加术中多点冷冻病检对控制局部复发的作用。方法对1996年9月至2005年3月收治的16例皮肤纤维肉瘤进行临床治疗分析和随访。随访截止时间为2005年5月。随访中位时间为38个月。对纳入研究的患者进行分析，计算其复发率和转移率。结果全部16位患者，中位数年龄33岁，肿瘤中位数大小4．0cm，所有患者均经过病理检查明确诊断，通过扩大切除加术中多点冷冻病检治疗后未发现有局部复发，无1例远处转移。结论通过正确的手术方法，加上术中多点冷冻病检保证切缘阴性，可以达到手术治愈的目的。

Operational Treatment For Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans

Objective To emphasize the importance of correct and standardized surgical treatment on dematofibrosarcoma protuberans(DFSP),and discuss the intraoperative multipoint frozen section method and experience.Methods From Sept 1996 to May 2005,16 patients with DFSP received operative therapy were brought into research,and the recurrence rate were estimated.The end of the follow-up was May 2005,and the median follow-up interval was 38 months.Results For 16 patients,median age and tumor size at presentation was 33 years and 4.0 cm respectively.All these patients diagnosis of DFSP were confirmed only after microscopic evaluation.All the local recurrence rate and metastasis rate during the follow-up interval is 0%.Conclusion The pathological examination is the only method to gain correct diagnosis and intraoperative multipoint frozen section is a potential reliable way to control local recurrence.
