临床医学五年制教学中引入CPPT教学模式与传统模式的比较

摘    要:在临床医学五年制教学中,通过问卷调查比较临床病理生理及治疗(clinical pathophisiology and therapy,CPPT)教学模式与传统教学模式的不同。结果表明,CPPT教学模式下的学生在查阅文献、自主学习、基础与临床结合等方面的能力优于传统教学模式下的学生。CPPT教学能提高学生的学习效率、学习兴趣和综合能力,有助于培养学生的临床思维方式和解决问题的能力。

Abstract:To compare clinical pathophisiology and therapy(CPPT) teaching model with traditional teaching model by questionnaires in 5 - year clinical medicine program. Students with CPPT teaching model are superior to those with traditional teaching model in consulting literature, self - learning, combining basic medicine with clinical medicine and so on. CPPT teaching model can improve students'learning efficiency, learning interest and comprehensive ability, which can contribute to cultivate clinical thinking and the ability to solve clinical problems.
