血浆置换联合穴位注射对重型肝炎患者免疫功能的影响

目的 探讨血浆置换联合黄芪穴位注射治疗对重型肝炎患者免疫功能的影响及意义.方法 将收治的60例重型肝炎患者随机分为两组：对照组（A组）29例,在常规内科治疗基础上配合血浆置换;观察组（B组）31例,在A组治疗基础上同时给予黄芪注射液足三里穴位注射;观察治疗2周后两组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋淋巴细胞亚群变化,并与30例健康体检者（C组）比较.结果 治疗前A、B两组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋比较无统计学意义,但均低于C组（P＜0.001）;治疗后A、B两组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋绝对值较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05或0.01）,而且B组较A组显著升高（P＜0.001）,其中B组CD4＋与C组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;总有效率B组为77.4％,A组为51.7％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（x2=5.4801,P=0.0192）.结论 血浆置换联合黄芪足三里穴位注射治疗能有效改善重型肝炎患者的免疫功能,促进康复.

Effects of plasma exchange combined with acupoint injection on immune function of patients with severe hepatitis

Objective To investigate the effect of plasma exchange combined with Huangqi acupoint injection therapy on immune function of patients with severe hepatitis and its significance.Methods 60 cases of severe hepatitis were randomly divided into control group（group A, 29 cases） and observation group （group B, 31 cases）. Based on conventional medical treatment, group A were treated with plasma exchange, and based on the treatment of group A, group B were given Huangqi in- jection at Tsusanli acupoint.Then,changes of CD3＋ ,CD4＋ and CD8＋ lymphocyte subpopulation of two groups after 2 weeks of treatment were observed, and they were compared to those of 30 people （group C） proved healthy by physical examination. Results Before treatment, difference of CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋ between group A and group B was not statistically significant, but they were all lower than those of group C（P〈0.001 ）. After treatment, compared with those before treatment,the absolute value of CD3＋ ,CD4＋ ,CD8＋ of group A and group B increased,so the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 or P〈 0. O1 ）.Those of group B increased more significantly than group A（ P〈0.001 ）, and no significant statistical difference was found in CD4~ of group B and group C （P〉0.05）.The total efficiency of group B was 77.4% ,and that of group A was 51.7% ,so the difference was statistically significant（X2 =5.4801 ,P=0.0192）.Conclusion Plasma exchange combined with Huangqi acupoint injection therapy at Tsusanli point can effectively improve the immune function of patients with severe hepatitis, and promote rehabilitation.
