腕关节三角软骨板的测量及临床意义

摘    要:目的通过解剖测量,了解腕关节三角软骨板主要的形态参数,为临床应用提供解剖学基础。方法通过对40例成人腕骨标本进行解剖,解剖后观察三角软骨板的大致形态,对其直径厚度及其与周围组织的距离进行测量。结果对标本进行解剖及测量后得出数据采用SPSS20.0统计分析软件分析得出结果为:腕关节三角软骨板背侧的厚度为(5.38±0.56)mm,尺侧缘厚度为(6.45±0.32)mm,桡侧缘厚度为(2.58±0.48)mm,掌测的厚度为(7.49±1.27)mm,中央最薄处厚度为(1.05±0.20)mm,掌背侧直径(17.62±3.56)mm,尺桡侧直径为(13.04±2.67)mm。结论通过解剖测量得出了三角软骨板较为完整的数据;临床应用中按照三角软骨板测量数据及解剖特点进行诊断和治疗,可能有助于减少其损伤的发生。

Measurement of Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex of the Wrist and Its Clinical Significance

Abstract:Objective To explore the morphological parameters of triangular fibrocartilage complex of the wrist in order to provide anatomical basis for clinical application. Methods 40 adult carpal specimens were dissected. Morphology was observed and diameter, thickness as well as distance from surrounding tissues were measured. Results The thicknesses of dorsal part,ulnar edge,radial edge,palm,the thinnest part in the center, diameters of palm dorsal as well as ulnar and radial side were(5.38 ±0.56)mm, (6.45 ±0.32)mm, (2.58 ±0.48) mm, (7.49 ± 1.27) ram, (1.05 ±0.20)mm,(17.62 ±3.56)mm and(13.04 ±2.67)mm. Conclusion Complete data are concluded by dissecting and measuring triangular fibrocartilage complex of the wrist, which can be used in diagnosis and treatment of diseases in order to reduce damage.
